Faculty at The Frederick Gunn School are integral to fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment in and beyond the classroom. Teaching faculty responsibilities generally include:
- Teaching four sections within a specific subject area.
- Participating in two co-curricular activities (e.g., coaching athletics or supporting other school programs such as the Arts or Model UN).
- Serving as a student advisor, providing guidance and mentorship to a small group of students.
- Engaging in residential life responsibilities, which include house supervision, evening duties, participating in weekend team activities and emergency driver responsibility.
Successful candidates will be passionate educators who are committed to academic excellence, student engagement, and the boarding school experience.
