Whether you are a high performing athlete or a beginner, this is where you can master new skills, discover new passions, and contribute to the tradition of being a Highlander, in and out of competition.

The Lizzie and Jonathan Tisch Center for Innovation and Active Citizenship

TRANSFORMING THE CENTER OF CAMPUS

The Lizzie & Jonathan Tisch Center for Innovation & Active Citizenship is located in the center of campus, housing Gunn's innovative science, math, engineering, entrepreneurship, and citizenship curriculum in one location overlooking the School’s historic Quad.

“When you’re on the outside looking in, you will see all of the various departments, you will see the classrooms and the students learning. And then when you’re on the inside looking out, you’ve got a view on the campus that deserves to be embraced. That’s what’s so amazing about the design.”

The building serves as an interdisciplinary Hub of active learning, encouraging students to be curious, solve problems, take risks, think independently, and develop strength of character.
