CIALFO

Each student will receive a CIALFO account in their junior year to assist students and families in managing the college application process. CIALFO is a web-based program that students and parents use in researching and planning for college. Students can check the status of college applications, review our recent history with individual colleges, learn when college admissions representatives are visiting campus, and research information about academic, athletic, and extracurricular programs at individual colleges.

FINANCIAL AID

The Frederick Gunn School has partnered with College Money Method to provide all of our families with critical information about financing your student’s college education.

The College Money Method workshop series starts for families with first-year students and builds toward success in the application and selection process for seniors. Live webinars are offered throughout the school year, and are recorded and housed along with other financial aid information on our School Resource Center. These materials — calculators, worksheets, guides, and additional videos — supplement the workshops and provide you with the tools to create your own personal plan. While there are recommended grade levels for each presentation, all families are welcome to join any of the sessions regardless of your student’s current grade.

You can access the School Resource Center here (email cco@frederickgunn.org for the password).
