Casual attire with comfortable footwear for most of the weekend. Keep weather in mind.

Saturday night under the tent is semi-formal (jacket, tie optional, for men and matching attire for women). When selecting footwear, please keep in mind that the area under the tent is grass.

On campus dorm housing has twin size beds only (one person per bed) and are supplied with the basic needs: linens, blanket, pillow, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Please bring anything additional with you.

We do not have housekeeping services during the weekend. Upon your arrival, you will need to make your bed for the weekend. You will also receive only one set of towels for the weekend.

The dorms do not have air conditioning or fans; there is over-head lighting only; no hangers in the closets; and bathrooms are shared. 

Please enter campus through the Gatehouse entrance (#16 on our campus map) and park in the visitor parking lot directly to your right. You may also park in the lot next to Buxton Alumni Center (#9 on our campus map).

Events will primarily be held outdoors this year so plan accordingly with sunscreen, hats, umbrellas, etc.

Children are absolutely welcome.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog; however; they must remain on a leash at all times. No pets are allowed into any of the buildings on campus and are not allowed to stay overnight in the dorms. Please remember to bring supplies to clean up after your pet(s).
