The Frederick Gunn School Music Program will present its annual holiday concert, “The Magic of Winter,” on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 7 p.m. in the Tisch Family Auditorium of the Thomas S. Perakos Arts and Community Center. The concert will feature performances by String Ensemble, Vocal Ensemble, Band and special guests.
This will be the first holiday concert performed in the Thomas S. Perakos Arts and Community Center and Ron Castonguay, Director of the Arts and Music Director, has planned a festive event to celebrate the magic of the season.
“I am so elated to be performing live again," Castonguay said, "and the fact that this is the first holiday concert in TPACC just adds that much more 'magic' to the music. Our students have been working so hard to put on this concert for our community, alongside our music adjuncts and select fellow faculty members, who will also participate in many aspects of this year’s holiday concert. I hope this concert brings the spirit and magic of the holiday season to all!”
Seating is limited to current students, faculty and staff only. However, the concert will be livestreamed and FGS families, alumni, friends and community members are welcome to join!
