With over 25 years of experience directing athletes at all levels from USAFH high-performance Field Hockey training camps to grassroots youth recreational programs, Coach Fink has coached and played at the highest levels of the sport.

Prior to her 15-year career at Penn, Coach Fink held a head coaching position at Haverford College and an assistant coaching role at St. Joseph's University. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Coach Fink graduated from St. Joseph's University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and played for its NCAA Division I Women's Field Hockey team.
