We look forward to welcoming you to campus for Fall Family Weekend 2026. To help with planning, please let us know if you are able to attend using the links below.
TEACHER MEET AND GREETS
Families will have the opportunity to meet for 10 minutes with your student(s) and their teachers, advisors, and learning specialists. This is a great way to get to know your student’s teachers better, and learn how to work together to ensure your student's time at Gunn is successful. All meetings will be scheduled after the add/drop period has closed on September 24.
Virtual TEACHER MEET AND GREETS
Virtual teacher meetings will be available for families who are not able to attend Fall Family Weekend. Virtual meetings will be held Thursday, October 29, from 6-8 p.m.
International families
We understand that the time zone difference may make it challenging for some families to join the virtual Teacher Meet and Greets. To make this opportunity more manageable, we are offering meeting times on Friday and Saturday as virtual options for international families who are unable to attend in person.
Leaving Campus
Students may leave campus for dinner with their parents/guardians on Friday, October 23. Students are required to submit a REACH request in advance and receive approval before leaving campus. All students are required to return to campus by 9 p.m.
Students may sign out for Fall Long Weekend after their co-curricular commitments on Saturday. They are required to submit a REACH request and receive appropriate approvals before leaving campus. Boarding students are required to return to campus by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27. Houses will remain open for students who choose to stay on campus and a full schedule of weekend events is planned.
