Parents and families will have the opportunity to meet for 7 minutes with teachers to have a check-in with their students. In-person meetings will be held Saturday, October 26, from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. and we encourage all families to select up to three teachers to meet with per student.

 

All appointments will be scheduled via Pick-a-time. Please see the instructions link below.

Note: Please leave time between appointments to travel around campus.

 

Virtual teacher meetings will only be available for families who cannot attend Fall Family Weekend. Virtual meetings will be held Tuesday, October 22, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. We encourage all families to select up to three teachers to meet with per student and students are encouraged to attend.

Students are allowed to leave campus for dinner with parents and guardians on Friday, October 25. They are required to submit a REACH request and receive approval before leaving campus. All students must be back on campus by 9 p.m. 

 

Students can sign out for Fall Long Weekend after their co-curricular commitment on Saturday. They are required to submit a REACH request and receive appropriate approvals before leaving campus. Students are required to return by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29. Houses will remain open for students who choose to stay on campus.
